Perfect! I use it to run at the park, and to work out at the gym. It keep my results so I can study my train. It beeps when I stop but forget to take it off. Really eficient.

I use this every-time I do my work out it's really cute and works perfect for what I need. I like tracking my heart rate and make sure its in high number though the training time and this little device helps a lot.
